27-08-2013 - Continuous training for optimized service!

Working as an Interim Manager requires constantly updating one’s skills, and that is why I regularly participate in specialized training courses. A brief survey of the most recent:

  •     May 2013  “Competitive Strategy” (INSEAD, Fontainebleau): I deepened my understanding of the existing strategies via conventional (and less conventional) business models, business cases and success stories of renowned companies. Objective: to better accompany managers in their choices of strategies and refine the sales tactics of the sales teams that I coach.
  •     June 2013  “Strategic Change Implementation” (HEC, Paris): methodical approach to and broad vision of change, distinction between stakes and objectives and practical tools designed to manage change in different groups (allies, opponents, neutrals, etc.)
  •     April 2013  “Coaching Teams and Managers” (Linkup Coaching, Paris): techniques for leading teams and specific questions to be addressed to managers in order to improve their performances.
  •     “DISC Consultant” and “Trainer” courses: method of classification according to 4 profiles/colors that makes it possible to adapt communication to one’s interlocutor so as to be more forceful and effective. Highly useful within the context of my Sales Team Coaching and Executive Coaching activities!

Additional competences that your organization can profit from immediately!
