Julie D’Aloia - BF Engineering sa

It all started in December 2006 when our managing director told us that a major change was coming, bringing a new approach to increasing sales and revitalising the sales team in which I worked as a sales assistant.
This change was called Véronique Polet, Pégase Management. And it turned out to be a completely new system, which started with a simple “putting our house in order” exercise!

After the inevitable questions, fears, and even stress, every single one of us decided we were 100% committed to playing the game.

Thanks to your daily involvement, our sales team started to develop a real team spirit in which everyone had their role to play, with one goal: a customer-focussed approach to company sales. With the help of an organisational chart, we started to learn our place in the grand scheme of things, both in terms of our professional roles (job descriptions) and our personal qualities, with all our strengths and weaknesses.

Throughout this process we really learned to make the most of ourselves by trying to save time and work more productively. And as everyone knows, time is money.

Your wise proposals regarding administration, management, marketing and development ushered in a process of change which was incredibly positive and enriching not just for the sales team, but for the company as a whole. You managed to listen to us respectfully as well as knowing when to encourage us when we were throwing everything into question.
On a more personal note, your advice helped me to prioritise my work and thus to better manage my time and space. With your experience and knowledge, you managed to instil in me a feel for figures by teaching me the basics of account management. I should mention the fact that your teachings were conducted with great good humour, if not to say great hilarity on occasion. What is important is that every single piece of your advice was carefully heeded.

As I write these few lines, for example, I am thinking about the Eiffel Tower and the wheel. At the moment, it is turning smoothly. However, it did get off to a shaky start.

To summarise, Véronique Polet’s style is characterised by an open approach and an unshakeable structure. Moreover, as a woman who has been in the business for a number of years, she brings with her a vast network of contacts which she readily shares with others as appropriate.

I am therefore more than happy to recommend her highly professional services to any business wishing to improve its productivity and image or indeed to coach its staff.

Good luck for the future!
